Clover School District will be conducting a student reassignment process in the fall of 2025 to create attendance boundaries for the three new schools opening in August 2026. Rising seniors in the Class of 2027 will be grandfathered to remain at Clover High School. The proposed reassignment plan will impact rising kindergarten through 11th grade students for next school year.

CSD has approached student reassignment with a set of "commandments" to guide our process. These guidelines include:

• Thou shalt not split neighborhoods

• Thou shalt use major highways and thoroughfares as guiding lines

• Thou shalt attempt to zone feeding Elementary > Middle > High

• Thou shalt attempt to keep each school’s percent to capacity at 80% or lower

• Thou shalt attempt to move children no more than once when possible.

• Thou shalt zone neighborhoods connecting to school property to that school when logical

• Thou shalt take into consideration all new construction of housing when calculating rezoning
