students in South Carolina with the resources to identify explore and
develop an education plan for their career and employment goals.
site provides great information for parents regarding the Personal
Pathways to Success program and the Individual Graduation Plan. The
Individual Graduation Plan is not required to graduate but it is meant
to encourage students to plan for their future. The IGP includes a
student’s chosen career cluster and planned courses for 9th grade. All
rising ninth graders and their parent or guardian will begin the IGP
process during the second semester of their eighth grade year.
