Distance training should be done as a group. Be inclusive. Be sure to log your runs. This is all about getting your volume up. Coach Albrecht is setting up a google sheet to help with logging runs. In distance, A - Group is for the more experienced runner, B - Group is for the developing runners. Also, I need to see some distance runers to get a distance Remind group going.
