I am originally from upstate New York. I went to Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA. My first teaching job was in Massachusetts, and that is where I met my husband. We moved to Michigan, where he is from, before settling in South Carolina. We have three amazing children and two wonderful grandchildren!

This is my second year at Oakridge Elementary School. It is my desire to help my students find an activity they are passionate about so they will maintain a healthy, active lifestyle for the rest of their lives.
