Welcome to Kindergarten!

I have had the pleasure of teaching kindergarten at Griggs Road for 26 years. Kindergarten is such an important part of a child's educational journey. It is my goal to nuture each child's love of learning by creating an environment of support that will allow them to take risks, make choices, and grow to be a strong thinking individual. 

My husband and I live in Clover with only our cat, Lucy Belle, at home now.  We are so proud of our 3 children, 1 grandson, a son-in-law and our daughter-in-law. Our 3 children are all Clover High School graduates  who are now busy with their families and careers of their own. My daughter is a teacher in York, SC and her twin brother enjoys a job in banking. My youngest son  is a York County Sheriff's Deputy. 

I enjoy spending time with my family, resting and relaxing at the beach,  reading a good book, and of course shopping!
