I graduated from Winthrop University with a Communications degree.  I received my Masters in Education in Social Studies.  In addition, I have an elementary certification.  I began my teaching career in 1990.  I am married to David Bennett, and I  am also the proud mother of three boys (Will- 24, Jake-21 and John- 18).
