    Welcome to First Grade at Oakridge Elementary!  I am so excited to be a part of your child's early learning experiences. I received my Bachelors Degree from Winthrop University in Home Economics Education and a Master's Degree from the University of South Carolina in Early Childhood Education.  I have 20 years teaching experience in both South Carolina and Tennessee.  This is my thirteenth year in the Clover School District.   

    I have three children, Anna-Beth age 21, Jake age 19 and Caroline-Rose age 16. Anna-Beth is playing lacrosse and studying nursing at Lander University. Jake is a freshman at Anderson University and Caroline-Rose is an eleventh grader at Lake Point Academy.  I stay busy going to their sporting events and activities. I also enjoy cooking and baking, reading, exercising, shopping, and spending time with our extended family.  I am a member at Redeeming Grace Presbyterian Church here in Lake Wylie.

    I am dedicated to making this a wonderful year of learning for all of my students!
