• My name is Hank Wofford and this will be my 13th year teaching, all of which I am blessed to say have been in the Clover School District. I am a native of Clover, SC, and had the privilege of growing up in this great town and building relationships with so many wonderful people along the way. I was a 2006 graduate of Clover High School where I played baseball for the Blue Eagles. I continued my education at Lenoir Rhyne University in Hickory, NC, where I majored in Physical Education K-12 and played baseball for the Bears. I graduated from Lenoir Rhyne in 2011 and started my professional career at Crowders Creek Elementary School teaching PE. I obtained my Master’s of Sports Science Degree in Sports Coaching from the United States Sports Academy in 2019.  Nine years ago I became the Head Baseball Coach for the Clover Blue Eagle Baseball team which also afforded me the opportunity to begin teaching PE, Health, Open Weight Training and Baseball Class at CHS. I moved to our Ninth Grade Campus when it opened, but still teach a few classes at the Main Campus as well. I am excited for the 2023-2024 school year as well as my 10th year leading our High School baseball program.

I will be teaching PE 1 and Open Weight Training this semester. I am looking forward to an exciting year full of physical activity and health education. Students will be instructed on the importance of physical activity and leading a healthy lifestyle that they will be able to take with them for a lifetime. I intend to help all students be as successful as they can. I am available to meet before school from 8:15am-8:45am, as scheduled, for extra help. My daily schedule is below for your reference.
