My name is Hank Wofford and this will be my ninth year teaching, all of which I am blessed to say have been in the Clover School District. I am a native of Clover, SC, and had the privilege of growing up in this great town and building relationships with so many wonderful people along the way. I was a 2006 graduate of Clover High School where I played baseball for the Blue Eagles. I continued my education at Lenoir Rhyne University in Hickory, NC, where I majored in Physical Education K-12 and played baseball for the Bears. I graduated from Lenoir Rhyne in 2011 and started my professional career at Crowders Creek Elementary School teaching Physical Education. Five years ago I became the Head Baseball Coach for the Clover Blue Eagle Baseball team which also afforded me the opportunity to begin teaching PE and Health at CHS. I moved to our Ninth Grade Campus when it opened a few years back, but still teach a few classes at the Main Campus as well. I am excited for the 2019-2020 school year as well as my sixth year leading our High School baseball program.
I will be teaching PE 1, Human Growth and Development, and PE 5 (Baseball Weight Training) this semester. I am looking forward to an exciting year full of physical activity and health education. Students will be instructed in the importance of physical activity and leading a healthy lifestyle that they will be able to take with them for a lifetime. I intend to help all students be as successful as they can. I am available to meet before school 7:45-8:15, as scheduled, for extra help. My daily schedule is below for your reference.
