    Welcome, Blue Eagles! Summer permit sales are now complete.  Students may still purchase "Gravel Lot" permits by logging into the portal using the link above.  Once the order has been placed please follow the procedures outlined below.

    • Email Mr. Crepeau @ jason.crepeau@clover.k12.sc.us the following:
      • Valid driver's license
      • SC registration card(s) or picture of the license plate for verification of the vehicles entered online.
      • Alive @ 25 Certificate of completion. 


    Once you send the email with all the items listed above a follow-up email will be sent back indicating that your permit is available for pick-up at the front desk for Clover HS from Mrs. West.  (This could take anywhere from 1-5 days)

    Students that purchased a parking permit this summer and did not pick up during registration need to follow the same procedure as above to receive your physical permit:

    Parking permits will only be distributed to students that have satisfied all requirements.

    Clover HS retains information on file when students complete Alive @ 25. However, if you need another certificate please contact - South Carolina Chapter National Safety Council 121 Ministry Drive Irmo, SC 29063 - 803.732.6778 or log into the account you created when registering for the course to obtain a .pdf to download.  Only students who completed Alive @ 25 after Jan 1, 2018, will have an account.

    Students may purchase parking permits even if they have not completed Alive @ 25 or have a valid drivers license.  We will hold the parking permit until all requirements have been satisfied.  This will eliminate the risk of you missing out on a parking permit. Purchase early to make sure you receive a parking permit.


    Please have the following information ready when you go to the parking portal to register:

    • Student ID Number (Can be found on student report card or Student ID)
    • Driver's License Number and State
    • Vehicle Make, Model, Color and Year
    • License Plate Number and State
    • Registered Owner Information and Relationship to Driver 
    • Payment: Credit or Debit Card

    In order to distribute your parking permit students must:

    • Register using this online system
    • Complete an Alive @ 25 course
    • Provide proof of license (for verification and accuracy)
    • Provide proof of all registration cards entered in the online system. (for verification and accuracy)(pictures of card or license plate(s) is acceptable)
    • Pay for a parking permit by Credit Card online. (See Permit fees below)
    • Parking tags are assigned after the online registration has been completed and payment has been made.  
    • Priority will be given to specific groups of students assigned by CHS Administration, seniors, then juniors, then sophomores.

     

    Freshman and ninth grade repeaters may not purchase parking permits.

     

    2018-2019 PARKING PERMIT FEES

    • SUMMER REGISTRATION:     $40.00
    • AFTER REGISTRATION:          $40.00
    • AFTER JANUARY 1, 2019:       $30.00
    • AFTER MARCH 1, 2019:          $20.00
    • REPLACEMENT PERMIT:         $10.00

    There are No Refunds for Parking Permits!
