The Public Information Office exists to build public understanding and support for schools in the Clover School District.
It is responsible for maintaining internal and external communications for the district by publishing press releases, annual reports, internal and external newsletters, answering inquiries from the public, and managing the district's official
Facebook,
Twitter, and
YouTube pages. It also serves as the liaison between the district, the community and the media and assists in coordinating media coverage for all schools in the district. Additional services provided by the Communication Office include management of Alert Now, the district's rapid calling system, and photo and video services at school events and functions.
From crisis communications to positive news generation, the Public Information Office has become an essential part of the district, meeting the increased demand for information and effective communication between CSD schools and the community.
