Dear Liberty Hill Elementary Families,

Welcome to the inaugural school year at Liberty Hill Elementary! It is with great excitement, gratitude, and pride that I welcome you to what will be an unforgettable journey together. As the founding principal of Liberty Hill, I am honored to partner with you as we build a school community rooted in relationships, excellence, and a shared commitment to helping every child thrive.

My name is Shavon O'Brien, and I have dedicated my career to creating schools where students feel safe, valued, challenged, and inspired. I firmly believe that strong partnerships between home and school are the foundation of student success. Together, we will create an environment where every child is encouraged to grow academically, socially, and emotionally.

Through our House System, L.E.A.D the Way Matrix, and a focus on leadership, kindness, responsibility, and perseverance, we will help every child discover their strengths and make a positive impact on those around them.

As we begin this exciting first year, there will undoubtedly be moments of learning and growing together. Opening a brand-new school is a unique experience, and while we may encounter a few bumps along the way, I promise that every decision we make will be guided by one question:
