Over-the-Counter (OTC) Medications:

• Students who carry and self-administer OTC medicine

must have current parent permission in Final Forms.

• OTC medications must be in original packaging.

 Prescription Medications:

• A physician must complete a permission form, sign it, and submit it to the school nurse(s).

• All prescription medication must be kept in the nurses' office except for life-saving emergency medications for severe allergies, asthma, diabetes, and seizures.
