Erica Fielder, team 7-4's ELA teacher is OMS's Teacher of the Year.  OMS teachers and staff said this about Mrs. FIelder in nominating her for this honor.

 

Mrs. Fielder goes above and beyond for her colleagues, teammates and students. She creates and shares great, creative and engaging lessons for us to use.

 

Mrs. Fielder is a true leader as a teacher and colleague. Always willing to go the extra mile for her students and brings creativity to the classroom on a daily basis.

 

Mrs. Fielder is an incredible teacher. She is always finding new and innovative ways to teacher her students. She leads the 7th grade language arts team. She participates in grade level activities and has a great attitude.
