JROTC Drill Team Takes On Charleston

The Air Force JROTC Drill team cadets traveled to Charleston over the weekend to combine some business with pleasure when they competed in an event and took a field trip on the side.
The team participated in the popular Charleston Southern University's Drill Competition on Saturday, February 22nd and brought home a trophy for placing third in the Element Unarmed commanded by junior Ciarra Clayton.
In addition to the drill meet, the cadets enjoyed a trip to the Charleston Air Force Base where they had lunch in the dining facilities and visited the Combat Camera Squadron and Explosive Ordinance Disposal Unit.    The cadets are instructed by Chief Csencsits and Major Batson.
Congratulations Blue Eagles!
