Greetings! I’m Natalie Rimmer, the Clover School District social worker that serves your child(ren)’s school this year. I want to make you and your family aware of the many programs and services available, in case your family may benefit from something that the social work department offers. I’d also like you to know that our programs are confidential and participation is optional. Some things that I can offer to students and families are as follows:
School Supplies- needed items for your child to be ready for school.
Backpack Program- food that is sent home with your child on Friday afternoons to help get you through the weekend.
Shoes- tennis shoes for school.
Clothing- Referrals and vouchers for free or reduced clothing at local thrift stores.
Holiday Assistance- district-wide holiday sign ups (see dates, times & additional info. below) to aid families
in providing a family holiday meal, toys &/or clothing.
Referrals- informing you about other programs in the area to help with a variety of things.
Need assistance with other needs? Visit www.clovercares.org to find a resource guide full of agencies & programs that serve the Clover School District Area.
The list above is not a complete list of all the things that I’m able to help with, just the most common needs. Many families that believe they would not qualify for financial or food assistance, due to their income, often do qualify! If you’d like to learn more about any of the social work services, please feel free to call or email me. I’ll be happy to talk privately with you, answer any questions that you might have, and discuss the best way to assist you and your family if social work services are appropriate.

What I MUST bring: Driver’s License or State ID, DSS family print out, most recent pay stub, SSI/SSDI, Income statements &/or any other proof of income. Birth certificates are required for non-school age children.
