Information for the 2022-2023 school year at OES

OES Parents and Guardians,

We hope everyone has enjoyed a restful summer so far! We have missed your child(ren) and we look forward to the start of another wonderful school year at Oakridge Elementary with all of our families! We wanted to update you on a few important items regarding the 22-23 school year.

  1. We will have in-person registration at OES on Thursday, August 4thfrom 9-11 am for anyone that was previously unable to complete Infosnap online or for anyone that might not have access to a computer.

 

  1. Our OES school supply list/wish list can be located on the OES website or by Clicking Here!

 

  1. Schedules will be mailed out the first week of August if the registration process has been completed and all required documents have been submitted. If your child needs to return an overdue library book or pay a fee for a missing library book, please visit our office Monday-Friday 8:30-2:30 to resolve this as soon as possible.  Checks or cash are accepted (exact amount only).

 

  1. Meet the Teacher (drop-in) is Thursday, August 11th4-6 pm for all families.

 

  1. If you haven’t already completed the emergency card for each child attending OES, please use this link to complete the form by August 8th. Click To Complete 22-23 Emergency Card

 

  1. The Clover School District transportation department is in stages of planning for the 2022-2023 school year. We once again ask that parents register their students to ride the bus in order to best plan routes. You will need to complete the form separately for each child who will need bus transportation. Click To Complete Bus Transportation Registration Form

 

  1. If you will need a car tag at any point during dismissal in the 22-23 school year, please use the link below to request car tags by August 8th. tags will be distributed at “Meet the Teacher Night” which is scheduled for Thursday, August 11th, from 4-6 pm. Please be sure to bring your ID when picking up tags. We will not be able to issue anyone a car tag that hasn’t completed the emergency card. Click To Request Car-Tags

 

  1. If you haven’t already, please refer to the Oakridge Elementary Websiteand Facebook for updates on things going on within OES and CSD. Search for Oakridge Elementary School and Oakridge Elementary School PTO.
