Special Olympics Bowling

“Let me win. But if I cannot win, let me be brave in the attempt.”

Following the recitation of the Special Olympics oath, students in Clover School District’s (CSD) Preschool Disabilities classes took to the lanes at Strikers today to compete in the 35th annual Special Olympics Bowling Tournament.

The Clover students were joined by preschool Special Olympians from other York County school districts. Staff and family members helped the students get those heavy balls rolling to knock down some pins.

Patti Myers coordinated the event. Myers is the Occupational Credential Teacher at Clover High School.
