The mission of the FIT KIDS club is to inspire and educate children towards optimum fitness and health through daily physical activity, nutrition, and respectful living. This club is offered to students in 4th and 5th grades. Practices will be held on Mondays after school from 2:15-3:00PM. Children will have to be picked on time after practice each day. FIT KIDS will focus primarily on running, but students will also participate in various tag games, circuit training, and step aerobics.  Applications will be given out after Labor Day.
