Ms. Randolph infuses Crowders Creek Elementary with creativity, curiosity, and a passion for hands-on, future-ready learning. As Innovation Coach, she collaborates with both students and teachers to bring technology integration, personalized learning, and real-world problem-solving to life in exciting and purposeful ways. Whether she’s co-teaching lessons, transforming classrooms, guiding Innovation Lab projects, or leading learning adventures on the CSD Innovation Bus, Ms. Randolph makes learning engaging and unforgettable. She also empowers educators to explore new tools and strategies that foster critical thinking, collaboration, and student-centered instruction. As the leader of the CCE Impact Team and facilitator of the student Innovation Club, Ms. Randolph is dedicated to cultivating a culture of innovation and preparing students to thrive in a rapidly changing world.

Amy Shepard
Literacy Coach

Ms. Shepard plays a vital role in supporting teachers and strengthening literacy instruction across Crowders Creek Elementary by working closely with educators—modeling lessons, sharing effective strategies, analyzing data, and providing tailored resources to help students become confident, skilled readers and writers. She leads our Literacy Committee, organizes professional development sessions, coordinates exciting events like the annual Spelling Bee and Curriculum Showcase, and partners with families to extend literacy learning beyond the classroom. Through her collaborative approach, expert guidance, and enthusiastic leadership, Ms. Shepard fosters a positive, schoolwide culture where literacy is celebrated, deeply valued, and inspires a lifelong love of reading and writing in every student.
