Wahoo!!! We have passed the half way point in reaching our $20,000 Boosterthon goal!!! Students are enjoying participating in Challenge Days and engaging in the incentives for registering and getting donations!

Guess what? We now have 344 students registered, 184 donations and have reached the halfway point to meeting our $20,000 goal. Way to go Kinard families! If students have registered, they can wear a HAT to school on Friday! Let's keep the momentum going!

Our Kinard Color Run kicks off tomorrow, August 19th! If you haven’t signed up yet, visit MyBooster.com to join the fun and help us raise $20,000 for our school! Any student who has registered or registers today can wear pajamas to school tomorrow! Thank you to the 49% of students who are already registered!

As we head into the weekend, here is an update on Boosterthon! Remember, kickoff is Wednesday, August 19!

Save The Date! Meet the Teacher Night at Kinard Elementary is scheduled for Thursday, June 30th. See the flyer for more information.

Registration is now open for pre-kindergarten and kindergarten age students for the 2026-2027 school year. To be eligible to register, children must be age four for pre-kindergarten, or age five for kindergarten on or before September 1st. Each child should be registered by their parent/legal guardian for the elementary school zone in which they will reside for 2026-2027.
Pre-kindergarten and kindergarten registration is completed online through the Clover School District website. Rising kindergarten students who attended a Clover School District pre-kindergarten program can update their existing student registration application and upload required documents on or after March 2, 2026. All new pre-kindergarten and kindergarten students entering the district for the first time will log into the Clover School District website, select Enroll, and then select “New Account” to begin the application process.
Registration does require you submit all documentation listed below in the online form. If you are unable to submit digitally, you may reach out to your zoned elementary school for alternative options. For pre-kindergarten families only, a screening assessment appointment will be scheduled once all documents have been uploaded.
Documentation required for each student includes:
1. Two (2) proofs of residence that include the name and address of the parent/legal guardian (for more information visit the proof of residence website--https://www.clover.k12.sc.us/page/residency-information
2. Current and updated immunization record on the South Carolina Immunization Form (DHEC 4024). This must reflect your child’s current age. This form can be obtained by:
a. Asking your child’s Health Care Provider for the immunizations to be printed on a South Carolina Immunization Form.
b. Taking your child’s current immunization record to a South Carolina Health Department for transfer to a South Carolina Immunization Form (DHEC 4024).
3. Proof of birth (e.g. a legal birth certificate with the state seal)

Attendance is mandatory and compulsory for five-year-olds. Parents may sign a waiver at their local school district office if they desire not to send their child(ren) to kindergarten.

We apologize but the internet and all phones are down at schools across the Clover School District due to an AT&T outage. This means that schools and the Transportation Department are unable to receive parent phone calls at this time.

CSD parents and guardians will receive a text message and email on Wednesday, July 30, from Apptegy, the district's communication tool provider. This invitation is not spam or junk mail! It will direct you to download the CSD mobile app and create a Rooms account to support communication between you and your child's teacher(s). Secondary parents who created accounts last winter do not need to take any additional action. The primary aim of this distribution is to reach all elementary parents and secondary parents who have not yet set up accounts. Need some help? On Early Release Day, Kinard students and staff took part in Career Day. Additionally, our community partner, Imagine Church, sponsored our annual Eggstravaganza. To conclude the day, the Kinard staff participated in their own Eggstravaganza. We extend our gratitude to all the presenters who contributed to this wonderful day, and we would like to give special recognition to our school counselor, Ms. Coakley, for planning such an incredible experience!!

In honor of School Bus Driver Appreciation Day (April 22), Kinard recognizes its bus drivers: Ms. Barbara, Mr. Adams, Ms. Jackie, Ms. Kennedy, and Ms. Brown. We appreciate you for driving our most precious gifts to and from school daily.
