College Transcript Request Information (for current and graduated students who took dual enrollment courses)

  • USC-Union Dual Enrollment transcript request link

    • If you completed any Dual Enrollment courses through USC-Union, you may use this link to request your USC transcript.  Please remember that this transcript must be sent directly from USC to the college you plan to attend.  CHS counselors do not have access to your account information.

  • York Tech Dual Enrollment transcript request link

    • If you are a student who has taken any Dual Enrollment courses through York Tech, you may use the provided link to request a York Tech transcript.  Transcripts should be sent directly to the college you plan to attend.  CHS counselors do not have access to your account information.

  • Winthrop University Dual Enrollment transcript request link

    • If you are a student who took a Dual Enrollment course through Winthrop University, you may use the provided link to request your transcript.  This transcript must be sent directly from Winthrop to the college you plan to attend.  CHS counselors do not have access to your account information.
