Power School Logo

PowerSchool is the Student Information System (SIS) used by the district to manage student data, including attendance, grades, schedules, and state reporting. One of its features is an online portal that allows both students and parents to access password-protected information.

By creating a PowerSchool Parent Portal account, you can regularly monitor your child's progress, including assignments, grades, attendance, and schedules. Staying informed about your child's attendance and academic performance and discussing their assignments and grades with them is an excellent way to support their success in school.

 Creating a Parent Portal account:

Note:  If you do not have the parent Access ID and Access password that will link your account to your student’s information, please contact your child’s school or the Clover School District PowerSchool officeParent Portal accounts are for students in 3rd grade – 12th grade.

1.        Click here (https://clover.powerschool.com/public) to access the PowerSchool Student/Parent Portal login screen.

2.        Select “Create Account” and then select “Create Account” on the bottom right.

3.        Type in your most current information for the following fields: 

a.        First Name

b.        Last Name

c.        Email address

d.        Re-enter email address

e.        Desired username

f.            Password (Your password must be at least 8 characters long.)

g.         Re-enter password

4.        On the next section, please fill in Student’s Name (as it appears on the birth certificate).  Add the Access ID and Access Password (if you do not already have this information, please contact your child’s school or the Clover School District PowerSchool office), and your relationship to the student (mother, father, guardian, etc).

5.        Click Enter/Submit at the bottom of the page.

6.        You will be brought back to the sign in page for PowerSchool Parent Portal where it will confirm you have successfully created your account.  From here you can log in using the username and password you previously created.

It is not necessary to create a Parent Portal account for each of your students.  Students can be added to an existing account.
