Student Reassignment 2025
The Clover School District (CSD) Board of Trustees voted unanimously on Monday, Sept. 22, to approve the Proposed Student Assignment Plan with the four modifications announced on Friday, Sept. 19. You can view those maps and read about the specific modifications below.
Clover School District will be conducting a student reassignment process in the fall of 2025 to create attendance boundaries for the three new schools opening in August 2026. Rising seniors in the Class of 2027 will be grandfathered to remain at Clover High School. The proposed reassignment plan will impact rising kindergarten through 11th grade students for next school year.

Below the video, you will find the proposed new maps for all three grade levels--elementary, middle and high school. Beneath each map is a button that reads "Address Search." Parents can use "Command F" on a Mac or "Control F" on a PC to search for their home address and determine the school to which their student is assigned in the proposed plan. NOTE: The high school spreadsheet reflects the grandfathering that will keep all members of the Class of 2027 at Clover High School.

Overview
CSD has approached student reassignment with a set of "commandments" to guide our process. These guidelines include:
Thou shalt not split neighborhoods
Thou shalt use major highways and thoroughfares as guiding lines
Thou shalt attempt to zone feeding Elementary > Middle > High
Thou shalt attempt to keep each school’s percent to capacity at 80% or lower
Thou shalt attempt to move children no more than once when possible.
Thou shalt zone neighborhoods connecting to school property to that school when logical
Thou shalt take into consideration all new construction of housing when calculating rezoning
