For 36 years, Winthrop University has partnered with local school districts for the ST-ARTS program. ST-ARTS is a three-week arts camp held on the campus of Winthrop University. Students audition to earn one of the nearly 300 camp slots. During the camp, students study drama, dance, music or visual arts. Today, students demonstrated their learning by participating in an arts showcase.

Don't be alarmed if you see a large police presence on the campus of Clover High School today! Local law enforcement will be conducting an active assailant drill on the Clover High School campus today while the school is closed for summer vacation. The drill will be going on from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Liberty Hill Elementary Principal Shavon O'Brien took her first tour of the new school's construction site today. Leitner Management Group's Jon Hathaway took O'Brien on a gator tour of both the Lake Wylie High School and Liberty Hill Elementary School sites to illustrate the orientation of the two campuses and the traffic flow. O'Brien then walked through the halls of the school's core facility, including the office, media center and cafe/gym/auditiorium. Liberty Hill Elementary is scheduled to open in the Fall of 2026.
