By now, most of our community members have had a chance to drive down Highway 55 past the high school to see the extensive construction underway there.
Both Clover High School (CHS) and the Ninth Grade Campus (NGC) will have their own car rider lines when classes start in the fall. The separate entrances will alleviate traffic congestion now and prepare the NGC for its conversion to Roosevelt Middle School in 2026.
Additionally, CHS is undergoing interior renovations to create a student commons area and new library.
If you need to connect with a CHS or NGC administrator over the summer months, please know that they have been relocated to the Applied Technology Center (ATC) until construction is complete.
Site prep work continues on the Cannonball Run site. An intent to contract has been initiated with a contractor, and they expect to pour the foundation for Lake Wylie High School in early August.
Bids will be received shortly to get a contractor on board for Liberty Hill Elementary.
