CSD reminds families to follow the 5-2-1-0 daily guidelines for a healthy lifestyle: Eat five servings of fruits and vegetables, limit screen time to two hours, get one hour of physical activity and drink zero servings of sugary drinks. Today, we focus on fruit and vegetable snacking.
Reminder! Today is an Early Release Day. All CSD students are dismissed two hours early.
